GENERAL

5. The Customer and JCB shall both agree on a unique Invoice for the Translation and Interpreting Services which will be provided. Both the Customer and JCB will have to sign it in order to make it absolutely binding for both. Neither the Customer nor JCB shall be entitled to modify, cancel or alter the Invoice unilaterally once it has been signed.

6. The Invoice can only be modified, cancelled or altered with prior consent of both parties and it must always bear the signature of such parties to be fully legal. Should the Customer or JCB not reach an agreement on a new modified Invoice the Original Invoice which was signed by both in the first place will remain binding.
