PRICE AND PAYMENT

7. Unless otherwise stated, prices are in Euros (€).

8. Unless otherwised stated by both Customer and JCB Payment will be made by means of a Transfer Order.

9. Payment shall be made within 15 days from the Translated Work Delivery to the Customer.

10. Failure to pay invoice in accordance with the foregoing terms and any other terms specified in "Terms & Conditions" and "Privacy" shall entitle JCB to take legal action.
