"Terms & Conditions" means these standard terms and conditions as set out below:

INTERPRETATION

1. References for "documents", "records", "books" and "data" shall include information contained in computer programs, disks, DVDs or any other machine readable form or records kept other than in a legible form, but capable of being produced into a legible form. "Order", "project", "original" means and order for our services requested by you or your company. "You" and "customer" means the company, firm, body or person to whom we are supplying our linguistic and interpreting services. "Translated Works" means the documents, files, materials and works translated and produced from the original text or document in accordance with the Customer´s instructions and provided to this Customer by JC Translations.
